I built this because nothing on the market planned the way I grow and operate. Spreadsheets fell apart at succession sowing. Hand drawn maps were tedious and not accurate. Calculating bloom timing and profits was complex. and tools I found did not account for my unique microclimate specifics. I need a reliable way to serve my clients and maintain my peace. A tool that meant I could run my farm (not have it run me). So I built it for us — for the half-acre, the backyard plot, the 5 acre+ located anywhere in the world. Is the Cut Flower Planner right for me if I’m a brand‑new grower?
Yes. The planner is designed to support both new and experienced growers. If you’re brand‑new, start with simple crops and smaller goals; the system will still help you map beds, dates, and sales. The video setup and resources will give you extra education and guidance you need to start using the planner straight away as you learn.
Will this work for any location?
Absolutely. No matter where you are located in the world the planner has been intentionally designed so you can fully customise it to your microclimate and specific farm needs.
Do you have to be a minium sized farm to use it?
No, and honestly, that's exactly why i built it. A lot of farm software assumes you've got staff, multiple plots, and a forklift. I don't either. The whole reason this exists is that anybody from tiny growers to larger property growers deserve real planning tools, not a stripped-down version of something built for somebody twenty times your size. On small plots, every bed matters more, not less. Profit per square metre isn't a vanity metric, it's the whole game. Which crop earns its space? Which succession is worth the labour? Where's the wasted bed week you didn't notice?
That's what this answers. Whether you're growing on 35m² or 350m² or 5acres+ you need to know these answers.
Why is it a subscription and how does the subscription work?
The subscription model means we can store your data securely in the cloud so you can access it anytime from any device. We can continue to build and release new features for you. Your subscription renews every year at your signup rate and gives you ongoing access to the planner tool and any included resources. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. When you cancel, you’ll keep access through the end of your billing period and can export key data for your records.
Will this replace my spreadsheets?
For most growers, yes. The planner is designed to hold your crop plans, bed maps, task lists, and revenue projections in one workspace. You’re always welcome to export or keep a few spreadsheets if you love them—but the goal is to free you from having to manage everything manually.
What if my business model is unique?
